Gray day. Day 1 of 7...

Day 1's Post
Day 2's Post
Day 3 and 4's Post
Day 5, 6 and 7's Post

So, I've been getting asked what I wear...and more specifically what do I wear now that the weather is getting chilly and windy...and soon...there will be snow...and you know I live in Alaska....and it get's sort of cold sometimes...

Well, I thought maybe I'd start by sharing some pictures...if that helps or if anyone is interested?

Side note: I have a side hobby involving make-up artistry (and photography but, yeah...)...and if anyone wants to know how I do my make-up in general or what products I used and how I did a specific look let me know.

Also...another reason for these pictures are that I am once again taking part in the "7 Days in a Dress" challenge put on by Feelin' Feminine of www.FeelinFeminine.com ...and this month's challenge is hosted by Antoinette

...the "sum up" of the challenge is:

1. Skirts/dresses for a week...(that's pretty much all I wear anyway...I'll definitely try to add a little variety as to color, length etc)

2. A different hair style each day.

3. Post a picture of your outfit each day.

Now, I challenge YOU (as long YOU happens to be a girl...or a boy that really wants to make me laugh =D) to join me. Comment and link back to me so that I know to check out your posts!

Here was my outfit from today...

Photos by my sister, Ashley.

Sweater...one of my favorites...from the Gap. I bought it a few years ago...and I don't think it was on sale so, probably $34.

Skirt...it's from Anthropologie originally...but, I bought it off of Ebay. =) I don't generally pay any more than $15 for Ebay clothes...(unless I really love it or have had it before and wore it out...and need another one *thinking of a couple Gap skirts*....)

Boots are from Target. Who know's how much they were. =P

The wool coat...is from Forever21....for $12.99!

And, the amazing flower clip is made by my uber talented sister, Sherry. I think she should start selling them....they're so awesome!

Oh, and hair....yeah...just nothing. =P

Hope you all have a great night!
God bless,
~Esther

gorgeous! Love this outfit! seriously... its beautimus! :D Once again, I did not know there was a challenge and since I've been sick, not sure I'm gonna participate, not to mention, my outfits wouldn't differ too much from last time! LOL!

But you, Dahling, are gorgeous!

I have enjoyed following your blog.
I didn't realize you lived in Alaska. That is awesome. My daughter and I both dress in modest femine style. In the winter we wear heavier material in our skirt attire. Boots are a must for us and that seems to keep us warm. Have a great day.

Cool! Looks like fun! =)

If only I had time to do my hair and makeup and clothes, and all that jazz of getting out the camera like you do every day of the week. =P

But I love the coat and the sweater! =)

Btw, if I "did" happen to take up the challenge, I'm wondering. . . am I allowed to wear pants under my skirt? Because pants sometimes are so much more modest then a dress. Just saying. . .

That is sooo funny that you made mention of your makeup in this post. I actually started following you on twitter yesterday just to ask you what kind of makeup you use. I used twitter because I couldn't figure out where I should post that question on your blog, as it wasn't relevant to any of your recent posts haha.

So YES, I would like to know your favorite, or most commonly used makeup products are?? You makeup is flawless!! :)
